Supervisor of Elections, Caroline F. Fawkes, reminds the public that the deadline to apply for an Absentee Ballot that must be mailed is Saturday, July 18, 2026. This requirement is mandated to coordinate the timely delivery of your absentee ballot with the United States Postal Service. Voters can request an emailed absentee ballot and in-person absentee ballot by August 1, 2026, by 5:00 PM. Absentee Ballot Applications are available at the Elections System offices territory-wide or at the Elections System website https://app.vivote.gov/absentee. Within the Online Voter Registration Portal, a voter can request an absentee ballot with the secure module for Absentee Ballot requests. The Portal restricts the availability of absentee ballots based on election rules. The Portal provides applicants with a unique identifier upon submission of an application that allows applicants to track the receipt and status of their absentee.
