 EARLY VOTING MOMENTUM BUILDS AS PRIMARY ELECTION NEARS 

The 2026 Primary Election Early Voting is quickly approaching its final days. Supervisor Fawkes continues to plea with the community to come out and vote early to avoid potential lines on Election Day. To date, 5,259 voters have cast their ballot within both districts. Early Voting is operational daily in both districts. Voting hours on St. Croix and St. Thomas are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Voting hours on St. John are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The Early Voting Locations are: 

St. Croix Elections Office
Sunny Isles Shopping Center, Unit 26 
St. Thomas Elections Office
Lockhart Gardens (Upstairs Banco Popular) 
St. John Elections Office
Market Place, Suite II, 3rd Floor 

The number of electors who participated in Early Voting as of Monday, July 27, 2026, is as follows: St. Thomas –2,594, St. John-126 and St. Croix-2,539 a total of 5,259 voters territory wide. Supervisor Fawkes wishes to assure the public that the process is fair, accessible, and transparent. 

“Every election is an opportunity to shape the future of our community,” said Supervisor Fawkes. ” Get out, vote early, and be part of the change you want to see.” 

Voters unable to vote early or on Election Day may apply for an absentee ballot at the Elections System website https://app.vivote.gov/absentee. Applications will be accepted through August 1, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. For assistance, call (340) 773-1021 or (340) 774-3107
