Supervisor of Elections, Caroline F. Fawkes, announces pursuant to (Title 18 VI Code 664), the first day of receipt of Absentee Ballot Applications for the 2026 Primary Election is June 2, 2026. Absentee Ballot Applications are available at the Elections System offices territory-wide or at the Elections System website- https://app.vivote.gov/absentee. Elections System office locations are as follows:

Within the Online Voter Registration Portal, a voter can request an absentee ballot with the secure module for Absentee Ballot requests. The Portal restrict the availability of absentee ballots based on election rules. The Portal provides applicants with a unique identifier upon submission of an application that allows applicants to track the receipt and status of their absentee.
Please be reminded, the deadline to apply for an Absentee Ballot that must be mailed off island is July 18, 2026. This requirement is mandated to coordinate the timely delivery of your ballot with the United States Postal System. Voters can request an emailed ballot until August 1, 2026, by 5:00 PM.
