Students eligible register vote

Supervisor of Elections Caroline F. Fawkes would like to advise the community, particularly parents and principals, that students seventeen and a half (17 ½) years of age are eligible to register to vote if they will be eighteen (18) years of age on or before November 8, 2022. The last day of voter registration to participate in the 2022 General Election is Sunday, October 9, 2022. The registration process is simple and very transparent. Office locations and regular hours are as follow:

St. Croix Elections Office-Sunny Isles Shopping Center Unit 26
(8:30 AM to 4:30PM)
St. Thomas Elections Office- Lockhart Gardens (Upstairs Banco Popular)
(8:30 AM to 4:30PM)
St. John Elections Office- Market Place Suite II.
(Tuesdays and Thursdays – 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM)

Saturday, October 1, 2022- 9:00am – 3:00pm -St. Croix and St. Thomas (St. John at Cruz Bay, Franklin Powell Sr. Park)) Wednesday, October 5, 2022 – 8:30am – 6:00pm – St. Croix and St. Thomas
Thursday, October 6, 2022 – 8:30am – 6:00pm – St. Croix and St. Thomas (St. John Office 9:00am – 4:00pm)
Friday, October 7, 2022 – 8:30am – 7:00pm – St. Croix and St. Thomas
Saturday, October 8, 2022 – 9:00am – 12:00pm – St. John, St. Thomas, and St. Croix
Sunday, October 9, 2022 – 12:00pm – 3:00pm – St. John, St. Thomas, and St. Croix

Documents required to register to vote: Birth Certificate or, Passport (United States) or, Military Discharge form (DD214) or Naturalization Certificate.
