Nomination Petitions/Papers Remains Available until May 21, 2024

Supervisor of Elections Caroline F. Fawkes is reminding aspirants regarding the availability of Nomination Papers and Petitions for the 2024 Elections in accordance with Title 18 Virgin Islands Code until Tuesday, May 21, 2024. Delegates to the Sixth Constitutional Convention must also obtain their nomination papers by the above deadline. The Nomination Petitions and Papers will be available for pick up at the Elections Offices territory wide. Office locations and time are as follows:

St. Croix Elections Office-Sunny Isles Shopping Center, Unit 26 1st Floor
(8:30 AM to 4:30 PM daily)
St. Thomas Elections Office- Lockhart Gardens (Upstairs Banco Popular)
(8:30 AM to 4:30 PM daily)
St. John Elections Office- Market Place Suite II.
(Tuesdays and Thursdays – 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM)

Aspirants are reminded that the first day to submit Nomination Petitions and Papers is Tuesday, May 14, 2024, beginning at 12:00 PM. The deadline to file is Tuesday, May 21, 2024, before 6:00 PM. Delegates to the Sixth Constitutional Convention must also file their nomination papers by the above deadline.

Supervisor Fawkes encourages aspirants to obtain their packages in a timely fashion and feel free to ask questions regarding the process.

The 2024 Election cycle is approaching, and the Elections System is committed to conducting fair, accessible, secure, and transparent elections.
