ELECTION SYSTEM TO HOST “THE GREAT DEBATE”

Supervisor of Elections, Caroline F. Fawkes wishes to inform the public of the upcoming “Great Debate”, on Thursday, May 4, 2023. The debate, an educational forum for voters, is one of several special events in commemoration of the Elections System 60th Anniversary, will be held at the University of the Virgin Islands Administration Building at 6:30pm.

Two teams will sound off on the topic: Is it time for our own constitution or to become an
independent country, commonwealth, or state? What’s best for Virgin Islanders? The debate can be viewed on YOUTUBE at YOUTUBE/@ELECTIONSYSTEM.
