Educational Forum on Constitution and Status

Supervisor of Elections, Caroline F. Fawkes is pleased to announce to the public the
Educational Forum on Constitution and Status on Friday, May 19, 2023 from
6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at the Sunny Isles Shopping Center Amphitheater. The public is
invited to attend in person. This educational forum for voters, is one of several special events
in commemoration of the Elections System 60th Anniversary.

Two teams will sound off on the topic: Is it time for our own constitution or to become an
independent country, commonwealth, or state? What’s best for Virgin Islanders? The forum can
be viewed on YOUTUBE at YOUTUBE/@ELECTIONSYSTEM.

A similar event was held on St. Thomas at the University of the Virgin Islands Administration
Building on Thursday, May 4, 2023.
