 2024 General Election Absentee Ballot Receipt 

 Supervisor Caroline Fawkes would like to remind all Voters, if any elector who requested an Absentee Mailed Ballot by October 14th deadline and have not received the ballot by Friday, October 25, 2024, please contact your respective Elections System Office at 340-774-3107, St. Thomas or 340-773-1021-St. Croix. 

Supervisor Fawkes reminds the public that Absentee Ballots are available as an alternate for anyone that is unable to Early Vote or participate on General Election Day. Absentee Ballot applications are available at the Elections System website www.vivote.gov. Absentee Ballots are available in either District if you are working or out of your District until November 5, 2024. Voters can request an emailed absentee ballot and in-person absentee ballot by November 5, 2024, by 5:00 PM. 

Early Voting is scheduled to run until, Monday, October 28, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily on St. Thomas & St. Croix. St. John scheduled hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, October 21, 2024, to Monday, October 28, 2024. Voting Centers are open on Saturdays and Sundays. The Early Voting locations are: 

  • St. Croix Elections Office-Sunny Isles Shopping Center Unit 26
  • St. Thomas Elections Office- Lockhart Gardens (Upstairs Banco Popular) 
  • St. John Elections Office- Market Place Suite II, 3rd Floor
