2024 GENERAL ELECTION ABSENTEE BALLOT APPLICATIONS

 Supervisor of Elections, Caroline F. Fawkes, announces pursuant to (Title 18 VI Code 664), the first day of receipt of Absentee Ballot Applications for the 2024 General Election is September 3, 2024. Absentee Ballot Applications are available at the Elections System offices territory-wide or at the Elections System website- www.vivote.gov. Elections System office locations are as follows: 

ST. CROIX OFFICE 
STX- Sunny Isle Shopping Center Unit 26 (Former Movie Theatre Location) 
ST. THOMAS OFFICE 
STT- 9200 Lockhart Gardens (above Banco Popular) 
ST. JOHN 
Market Place, SUITE II 

Completed Absentee Ballot applications can also be EMAILED to the following: 

Esviballotstx@vi.gov- St. Croix Absentee Ballot Return 
Esviballotstt@vi.gov- St. Thomas/St. John Absentee Ballot Return 

Please be reminded, the deadline to apply for an Absentee Ballot that must be mailed off island is October 14, 2024. This requirement is mandated to coordinate the timely delivery of your ballot with the United States Postal System. Voters can request an emailed ballot until November 5, 2024 by 5:00 PM.
