Supervisor of Elections, Caroline F. Fawkes, reminds the public that Absentee Ballot Applications are available for the 2026 Primary Election scheduled for Saturday, August 1, 2026.
Be reminded, you must apply by Saturday, July 18, 2026, for any Absentee Ballot that must be mailed. This requirement is mandated to coordinate the timely delivery of your absentee ballot with the United States Postal Service. Absentee Ballot Applications are available at the Elections System offices territory-wide or online at https://app.vivote.gov/absentee. Elections System office locations are as follows:

ST. THOMAS OFFICE

Within the Online Voter Registration Portal, a voter can request an absentee ballot with the secure module for Absentee Ballot requests. The Portal restricts the availability of absentee ballots based on election rules. The Portal provides applicants with a unique identifier upon submission of an application that allows applicants to track the receipt and status of their absentee.
Voters can request an emailed absentee ballot and in-person absentee ballot by August 1, 2026, by 5:00 PM.
