TUESDAY, JULY 16, 2024, ELECTION DEADLINES

 Supervisor of Elections, Caroline F. Fawkes, reminds candidates and political committees pursuant to Title 18, Virgin Islands Code, Section 905, Campaign Disclosure Report, the June 30, 2024, disclosure report must be submitted to the Office of the Supervisor of Elections no later than Tuesday, July 16, 2024.” The forms can be download from our website, https://www.vivote.gov/candidates/formsCampaign Disclosure Reports can be emailed to esvi.info@vi.gov. 

Supervisor Fawkes, is also reminding voters that you must apply by Tuesday, July 16, 2024, for any Absentee Ballot that must be mailed. This requirement is mandated to coordinate the timely delivery of your absentee ballot with the United States Postal Service. Absentee Ballot Applications are available at the Elections System offices territory-wide or at the Elections System website- www.vivote.gov. Elections System office locations are as follows: 

ST. CROIX OFFICE 
STX- Sunny Isle Shopping Center Unit 26 (Former Movie Theatre Location) 

ST. THOMAS OFFICE 
STT- 9200 Lockhart Gardens (above Banco Popular) 

ST. JOHN 
Market Place, SUITE II 

Completed Absentee Ballot applications can also be EMAILED to the following: 

 Esviballotstx@vi.gov- St. Croix Absentee Ballot Return 
Esviballotsttj@vi.gov– St. Thomas/St. John Absentee Ballot Return 

Voters can request an emailed absentee ballot and in-person absentee ballot by August 3, 2024, by 5:00 PM.
